Banilla Games machines — including the Fusion Plus, Lightning Series, and Fusion Link platforms — are designed and tested to meet applicable skill-game standards.

Golden Coin Amusement makes no warranties or representations about the legal status of skill-based gaming in any specific jurisdiction and strongly encourages prospective partners to conduct their own due diligence regarding local regulations before entering into a placement agreement.

4. Partner / Operator Responsibilities

Business owners who host Golden Coin Amusement machines ("location partners") are responsible for:

Ensuring that the placement and operation of skill-based amusement machines is permitted at their specific location under applicable city, county, and state regulations
Complying with any local licensing, permitting, or zoning requirements applicable to their establishment
Ensuring that machines are not accessible to individuals under the age of 18 (or such other minimum age as required by local law)
Promptly notifying Golden Coin Amusement of any regulatory inquiries, complaints, or notices received related to the machines

Golden Coin Amusement provides guidance and support to location partners but is not a legal advisor. Partners are encouraged to consult with qualified legal counsel regarding compliance in their specific jurisdiction.

5. Age Restrictions

All Golden Coin Amusement machines are intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older. Location partners are responsible for enforcing age restrictions at their establishments and ensuring that minors do not have access to the machines.
